This high-performance gate valve is engineered with ductile iron (GGG50) body and bonnet, ensuring exceptional strength, corrosion resistance, and durability under high-pressure conditions (PN10/PN16) . The valve features a non-rising stem design with EPDM/NBR resilient seat, minimizing friction and wear while maintaining a tight seal for smooth fluid flow. It complies with international standards such as EN1171, ISO2531, and EN545, guaranteeing reliability in water, gas, and industrial applications

Product Features

1. Non-toxic anti-corrosion coating: both the inside and outside surface of the valve are non-toxic epoxy powder electrostatic coating, anti-corrosion long life, can be directly used in drinking water, food and medicine industry.

2. Material: the valve body, bonnet, gate and handwheel are all made of nodular iron, with high strength and corrosion resistance. The valve seat and body are fully formed by precision casting without any machining.

3. Three O-ring seal, water pressure under the action of axial self- sealing, no packing seal adjustment trouble. The top dustproof ring prevents external impurities from entering the inside of the shaft seal.

4. When the valve is fully open, the gate is completely lifted off the flow channel and there is no groove at the bottom of the seat, which is not easy to accumulate sundries. It is equivalent to the straight pipe and has the lowest flow resistance.
